- Why did we do this?
While our competitors have raised their prices on Loperamide every year, we have resisted and have not raised our price since we first introduced this Loperamide product in 2021. However, postage costs have gone up dramatically in the last 4 years. We had to face a choice – raise the price, or find a way to offset the increased postage costs so we could keep offering our same low price. We chose to NOT increase our prices.
THE SOLUTION – Introducing our new compact 600-tablet bottle! This bottle holds twice as many tablets but is only slightly larger than our 300-tablet bottle. This is due to the fact that our 300-tablet bottle is mostly empty space. This will lower our postage costs and avoid a price increase.

This order and the previous 2 were all the same lot number if I’m remembering correctly and all were less than a full bottle. However the last 2 orders whi h had no lot number on them were both full. I contacted them and my son contacted them about the bottles with the same lot number being short but no one ever contacted either of us. It’s not like I want still buy from them although my son got aggravated about an order a year or so ago and he stop shopping with them but i still do. I also like their Famotidine and I’m thankful it is now back in stock but I hate the blister packs I enjoyed the 200 count bottles they had for awhile. No one ever bothered to contact me or my son after I emailed them about the 2 orders that were missing a large amount but had several of the Preservatives packs and a lot of corton.

Every time I order I ask you to ship it via TWO DAY SHIPPING, which is supposed to be FREE if my order is over $100. My order was $106. I put a note on the order asking you to ship it via two day shipping as well as sending an email asking the same thing. For the third or fourth time now, you have sent the package via USPS and it’s going to take SIX DAYS! What’s the deal?!? It’s not a difficult request. You’ve always done it in the past. Fine everything was great with my order. Of course it always has been. Unlike my moms previous two (4 separate $19.99) orders [email protected] which both had several cotton balls and more dehydrator crystal packs but only half or less of the product however they got the last order correct. I’m glad and as I said mine have always been correct.

This time it was great but the past 4 bottles on 2 separate orders were all packed with 2 cotton balls and each bottle had at least 6 of the dehydration packs and the 300 count bottles contained anywhere from 104-156. To make matters worse I bought them separately at $19.98 each. So I was both happy and relieved that these bottles had 300 and 1 cotton ball and 2 dehydration packs. So at least i didn’t waste my money this time. No one ever contacted me even though I complained but my son let them know and they finally responded. They have a good product at a good price and I’m not sure why that happened but hopefully all is well now.
