I usually purchase Prilosec (omeprazole) because it is normally less expensive than Esomeprazole (Nexium) even though I find that Esomeprazole works better and seems to last almost two days.
Works just as well as the name brand for Esomeprazole (Nexium) which costs $0.97ea.

I’ve never had an anti-acid medication work this well, prescriptions included. I’ve been on them all since 2005 starting with Protonix, then every-other “azole” out there in generic form. Although they all work to some degree, I’ve never had such relief from gastritis, my hiatal hernia pain and pressure, and with acid suppression like this esomeprazole formula. Most of the other brand generics have irritating side effects like rash, headache, and constipation, these do not. I also appreciate the exceptional value. I will only purchase these medications from Life Sciences Pharmacy from now on!

I tried Life Sciences brand on Amazon but couldn’t find it so I bought another brand. That brand did not even come close to the effectiveness of Life Sciences brand. I normally take 40mg of Omeprazole but wanted to cut back a little and try a product like Nexium so I tried this instead. I thought it was very effective and almost as effective as the prescription dose of Omeprazole. The price was the very best I could find as well. I am on heartburn medicine for life, so it is really nice to know that I can buy this for so much less than other brands and it works really well for me.
