We will ship your order for FREE, the SAME DAY you purchase, if you purchase by 1:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Free Shipping within the United States
Shipping within the United States is always FREE. We are located in the USA so your order only takes 1-4 days in transit by USPS Ground Advantage (Formerly called USPS First Class Mail) with tracking. Packages one pound or heavier are automatically sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
International Shipping
For International Shipping, we charge a flat rate for any sized order:
Canada flat rate – $16.78*
Everywhere else – $13.78
We don’t make money on postage, this would be unethical in our view. Our postage costs are actually higher than the above rates.
*Canadian customs have started refusing and returning many packages. We now pay extra duties/taxes of $7.95 on every order to Canada to ensure a high rate of delivery success. This is the reason for the higher shipping fee for Canada.
United Kingdom: We are experienced shipping internationally. Most notably we have many customers from the UK. The most common questions we get from UK customers are:
1. How much is postage?
Postage to the UK is a flat $13.78, regardless of the order size.
2. What is the ship time?
Ship time to the UK is now is 8-14 days in transit with the average being 8-10 days that we’re seeing. Please be patient, your package will arrive. We will continue to keep an eye on UK ship times and update this section, should those times in transit change. This estimate was just updated on January 12th, 2024.
3. What about VAT?
While we can’t guarantee customs won’t attempt to collect VAT, we keep the declared value under the threshold for VAT exempt. The invoice in your package also does not cite your order total.
4. What if my package doesn’t arrive?
Although this rarely happens, we guarantee delivery. If for some reason your package does not arrive or looks like it is lost in transit, or doesn’t clear customs, we will reship your order for free. Usually this means that tracking doesn’t show movement on the package for 10 days or longer. Again, this rarely happens but you can rest assured that we will make sure you receive your order.
