This brand does not work. I normally use loperamide to control diarrhea and it works fine so I thought I would try this brand. I spend about $100 a week here, sometimes more. I ordered something I never received about 9 months ago and reached out numerous times, and never received a reply. I let it go and moved forward. 3 weeks ago, I never received another order, yet it said delivered. O reached out through email, through the chat option and called the phone number, I got no answer to any of those 3 things. There is no customer service, so basically you can give them business for months and take a chance each time that you may never receive your order. They have good prices and I have a small shop so I can’t afford large companies prices but both times I never received my order, it was over $200 and that can really hurt my small business. I am a single mom so it’s hard enough. They claim on the about us that they are a smaller company who cares about their customers, unlike the big pharmaceutical companies which is why you should choose them but at least at the other companies, they will answer you if you have problems with your order!
